TRINITY IS MOST WORTHY OF YOUR SUPPORT:

Trinity is an independent, Catholic, pre-school, primary and middle school, located on a peaceful, wooded 48 acre campus in Howard County, Maryland.  Coeducational and ethnically diverse, the school is sponsored by the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur.  Trinity offers a broad and challenging educational program at every level in a caring Christian environment.

Trinity has twice been designated a Blue Ribbon Exemplary School by the United States Department of Education. Trinity is  accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools and by The Association of Independent Maryland Schools (AIMS).

Parent and grandparent involvement and small class size are two features that draw families to Trinity. The campus setting has quality facilities that attract the best educators with high academic standards. The curriculum includes both family and religious values. Devoted alumni and parents of alumni, stability of faculty, and a proud and involved community of volunteers enhance the family spirit of the school. Trinity continues to change and adapt by updating the curriculum and expanding its facilities, but never at the expense of quality in education.

Trinity graduates come from diverse areas of Columbia, Baltimore, Anne Arundel, Howard,
Montgomery, and Carroll Counties. The school mirrors the diverse ethnic culture and mix of these areas. There is a broader representation of middle class families at Trinity than usually represented in a high density population based area school.

Since Trinity students come from a wide range of neighborhoods, the school works hard to build a sense of community among families. Many parents feel that Trinity is not only a school, but also a part of their family. Many activities and social functions bring families together such as the Bull Roast, Fall Festival, Family Fun Night, Pizza Bingo and Operation Love (Grandparents Day).

Trinity offers a variety of outreach programs to involve students and their families in the local
community. Trinity is a founding member of FISH of Howard County, a 24-hour service for the needy. Trinity families have served in this organization since its formation in 1973. Middle school students have adopted grandparents from St. Martin Home for the Aged over the past two decades. Other service opportunities include PACT (Parents and Children Together), Our Daily Bread (a soup kitchen), the Maryland Food Bank and Viva House.

For over 70 years Trinity has excelled at it mission to teach children what they need to know for life.  We are very excited about our future and the opportunities it will present to Trinity and its students.

Trinity School truly is "A Place Where Children Learn to Love Learning."
