Week #3 Experiments & Explosions – Campers explore the world through polymers and chemical reactions with Ooey Gooey and gross science!  Campers will create slime, experiment with diaper science, color-changing worms and every young scientist’s favorite, EXPLOSIONS!    Club SciKidz on campus this week.

Week #4 Holiday Week – During this week of camp we will have a camp wide birthday celebration, 4th of July parade, Halloween dress up and games, make Valentines, Irish limericks for St. Patrick’s Day and “create” our own holiday!

Week #5 It's a Bug's Life – Let’s Dive into the amazing world of insects. Learn the different parts of an insect by creating your own glow in the dark bug!  Learn how honeybees create wax and create your own candle made from bees!  Club SciKidz on campus this week.

Week #6 Lego Architects –
“Live a day in an Architect’s shoes”. Campers will work in teams using the Lego building system to plan, build and test their designs. In the end, the wrecking ball will come to try and demolish the creations.  Whose will be the strongest?  Club SciKidz on campus this week.

Week #7 Rock Docs –
Travel back in time as we discover the past.  Campers will participate in a dinosaur dig and hunt for fossils!  Campers will learn about crystals by exploring geodes, while growing their own egg geodes and crystal formations.  Club SciKidz on campus this week.

Week #8 Trinity Detectives – Club SciKidz will visit with a portable lab. Campers will extract their own DNA, learn about fingerprinting, bone measurement and analysis, identify gene movement using electrophoresis, and discover how to use Entomology to solve crimes.  Young campers will solve the mystery “Who Ate the Cheese”.

Week #9 Trinity Olympics – During our last week of camp, all groups participate in a week long field days.  Each group will create a country and describe what life in their country would be like.  They will also compete relay races, penny toss at the pool, tug of war, balloon toss, cheer contest, and many more.  We will wrap up the week with a parade of our country flags and block party featuring game stations, a DJ and dancing.
