Information Regarding Payments & Refunds
for the  Summer of 2020

In an attempt to help our parents navigate summer plans for their families during these uncertain times, Trinity Summer Camp has put together the following list of Questions and Answers.  Due to the State of Emergency caused by Covid-19, these statements are ONLY relevant to Trinity Summer Camp for the year 2020.

Q. Due to the State of Emergency, I held off sending in my camp registrations. Are you still accepting camp registrations?

A. Yes, we are accepting registrations as space is available.

Q. Do I have to pay a deposit to reserve a space for my child?

A. Yes, please submit a registration form along with a $300.00 deposit.  If space is available, you will receive a confirmation.  If space is NOT available, we will not process your payment.  You will be notified by email that your child has been added to our wait list.

Q. When is my camp balance due?

A. At this time, camp balances are due on June 1st, 2020.

Q. If the governor extends the State of Emergency beyond May 15, will Trinity extend the payment deadline?

A. Yes, we will continue to monitor the State of Emergency and extend the payment due date accordingly.

Q. When is the last date that I can request a refund?

A. We will honor voluntary withdrawal from camp and refund camp fees up until the date when all camp fees are due.  At this time, that date is June 1st, but we will extend that date if the State of Emergency continues beyond that date.  The $50.00 registration fee is non-refundable for voluntary withdrawal from camp. (If you request the cancellation)

A. Yes, you will receive a full refund for all camp fees for 2020.

Q. If camp opens, but I am not comfortable sending my child to camp, will I be able to request a refund?
