Camp Registration
All registrations and payments will be completed online!
During the online registration process, you will be asked to complete the following:
- Register for camp weeks (by the week), including extended care and lunch orders (if desired)
- Basic information for campers
- Emergency contacts, Authorized Pick Up list, and Camper diet/activity information
- Camper Allergy and Medication information (additional forms may be required)
- Basic health information, Sunscreen authorization, and Immunization records
- Parental Consent form and our Camp Refund Policy

Camp Payment & Refund Policy:
Camp registration opens in January. If your summer plans change after registration, parents can receive a refund of all weekly camp costs if requested by May 1st. After that date, we can’t guarantee refunds for camp tuition. Even if requested before May 1st, the $50 registration fee is non-refundable.
All camp payments are due by June 1st. If registering after that date (if space allows), all payments must be made before your child begins their camp session.
Unfortunately, we can not provide any refunds for camper sickness or unexpected absences during registered sessions. We staff for camp ahead of time and prepare for those already registered.
If for any reason we are unable to run camp, all weekly camp costs will be refunded to families. The $50 registration fee is non-refundable.
