Meet our Camp Staff

CAMP ADMINISTRATION

Camp Director- Kelly Gorewitz

Kelly has been working at TSC since 2010. She began working as a Head Counselor in Blue Group, and then worked as Assistant Director for many years with Mrs. Sally Sweeney. When Mrs. Sweeney retired in 2020, Kelly was thrilled to accept the position as Camp Director. Kelly loves working with the campers and camp staff every summer, and has built relationships that last year after year.

Assistant Director- Ms. Rachel

This will be Rachel's 9th summer at TSC and she could not be more excited! Rachel is currently in her fourth year of teaching English at Wilde Lake High School in Columbia. She graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science in English Secondary Education and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Transformational Educational Leadership through Towson University's graduate program. In her free time, Rachel enjoys walking her dog, Marshall, and enjoying a meal out with friends. This summer, Rachel is most looking forward to seeing campers' smiles as they enjoy a happy and healthy summer at the camp that has become her second home.

Assistant Director- Ms. Victoria

Victoria is from Little Silver, New Jersey. She graduated in May 2021 from The Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. She is currently a 5th grade teacher at St. Agnes School in Arlington, VA. This will be her first year at Trinity Summer Camp, and she is so excited to be a part of it all!

Art Teacher- Ms. Makenna

Makenna is from Ellicott City, Maryland. She is a former Trinity Summer Camper and currently a Senior at Mt. Hebron High School. She is President of her school's National Art Honor Society and a member of her Marching Unit. In college she plans to major in both Visual Arts (Animation concentration) and Teaching. Art is her passion and she's super excited for her first year as Art Teacher at Trinity Summer Camp!!!

Green (PreK) - Ms. Addy

Addy is currently a senior at Mt. Hebron High School and will be attending the College of Charleston this upcoming fall! This is her third year working with Green Group, and she is excited to be returning to Trinity Summer Camp as a head counselor! In her free time Addy likes to go on hikes, read, and trying new things! She is looking forward to this summer!!

Green (K) - Ms. Nylah

Nylah is from Ellicott City, Maryland. This will be her second summer working at Trinity Summer Camp. In the fall, she will be transferring to Salisbury University to major in Early Childhood Education, with a minor in Special Education. Nylah is looking forward to another summer working with Green Group!

Green (K) - Ms. Bella

Bella is from Catonsville, Maryland. She graduated from Mount de Sales Academy in 2020, and is currently at the University of Mississippi studying Early Childhood Education. This is Bella’s first year here, but has other experiences working with children for about 5 years now. Bella loves going on hikes, playing games and spending time in the sun. She is very excited to meet the campers and to be working at Trinity this summer!

Red (1st grade) - Ms. Sarah

Sarah is from Ellicott City, Maryland. This will be her 4th summer at TSC. She currently attends Penn State Abington where she majors in Mechanical Engineering and plays women’s soccer. Sarah loves art and spending time outdoors. She is very excited for a great summer with the campers!

Orange (1st grade) - Ms. Abby

Abby is from Columbia, Maryland. She graduated from Wilde Lake High School in 2021, and is currently a freshman at Auburn University majoring in Public Relations. This is her first year working at Trinity and she is so excited to have the best summer at camp!

Blue 1 (2nd grade) - Ms. Bridget

Bridget is from Columbia, Maryland. She attended St. Louis Catholic School from kindergarten to eighth grade and Wilde Lake for high school. She has been working at camps for four years and this is her second year at Trinity! She currently attends Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland and plays women’s lacrosse there as well. Bridget cannot wait to work with the staff and have a great summer with Blue Group 1!!

Blue 2 (2nd grade) - Ms. Ayeesha

Ayeesha is from Ellicott City, Maryland, and graduated from Mt. Hebron High School in 2021. She is currently double majoring in animal science and music performance at the University of Maryland, College Park. In her free time, she enjoys figure skating and spending time outside. This is her second year working with the blue group at Trinity, and she is looking forward to another great summer!

Yellow (3rd grade) - Ms. Alex

Alex is from Reisterstown, MD. She graduated college from the University of Missouri with a Health Science degree. She is currently enrolled in a dual program to pursue a nursing degree at Towson University and CCBC. Some things she likes to do in her free time are trying different foods and doing outdoor activities. She is really excited to start her first summer working at Trinity Summer Camp!

Purple (4th/5th grade) - Ms. Josie

Josie is from Ellicott City, Maryland. She graduated from Wilde Lake High School and now attends college at Clemson University, where she is studying Psychology. This will be Josie's first year at Trinity Summer Camp and she is so excited to have a great summer with Purple Group!

Middle School (6th-8th grade) - Ms. Sarah

Sarah is from Ellicott City and will be graduating in May from SUNY Geneseo with a BA in history/adolescent education and a minor in German. She will be a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Bremen, Germany this coming school year. She loves Irish dancing, playing guitar, and listening to music. This is Sarah's third year at Trinity Summer Camp, second year as Head Counselor for Middle School Camp, and she can't wait to be back!

Sport 1 (3rd-5th grade) - Ms. Olivia

Olivia is from Ellicott City, Maryland, and will be graduating this month with a B.F.A. in Acting from Towson University. This will be her 7th summer at Trinity Summer Camp and her 3rd summer as Head Counselor of Sport 1. Olivia loves sports, musical theatre, and the beach. She is so excited to be back for another great summer at camp!!

Sport 2 (6th-8th grade) - Mr. Victor

Victor will be joining us once again- but this time as Sport 2 Head Counselor! This will be Victor's 4th year at Trinity Summer Camp, and he is so excited to be back! Victor currently attends Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida, where he is majoring in Criminal Justice. He loves sports, the outdoors, and being at camp!





5.   Does Trinity Summer Camp Provide Snacks?

Trinity Summer Camp provides ice pops at the end of the day (around 3:30/3:45). We do not provide a morning snack. Campers should bring a snack from home to enjoy in the morning (around 10:30 am).

Important Note: If your child has any food allergies, you must provide written permission for them to receive an ice pop. If you do not wish your child to receive an ice pop, you may send in an alternate treat.
