Each member of the Trinity family has been blessed with numerous and diverse talents and volunteering is an excellent opportunity to share these talents. We hope that you will find a way to get involved in life at Trinity, forming new relationships and connecting with the mission of Trinity School. Volunteer opportunities range from assisting with one of our many events, taking part in a day of service or simply staying connected to campus life.

ROOM PARENTS |
Assist homeroom teachers with parties, class events, and school events throughout the year. Facilitate communication between the school, Trinity families, and the HSA. Everyone is invited to volunteer. Note: For Room Parent Sign Up, please use the hard copy provided in the August letter. |
BOOSTERS COMMITTEE |
The Boosters Committee sponsors and organizes the Trinity Trot. The Trinity Trot support technology and special needs as identified by the school.
Volunteer Opportunities: Assistance is needed with the Trinity Trot in the following areas: mailing letters for the Trinity Trot, and help on the days of the events.Booster Club |
COMMUNITY COMMITTEE |
The Community Committee supports Trinity School's philosophy to foster a Christian Community and to provide opportunities for service both within and outside the Trinity Community. The Community Committee provides integral volunteer support to Trinity's service mission and sponsors a variety of outreach services that engage the entire family, such as monthly Bingo at St. Martin's, the Adopted Grandparents program, Clothing, Food and Toy Drives, and events for new families.

HOME & SCHOOL ASSOCIATION |
The
Home & School Association's objective is to promote Trinity's philosophy,
traditions and community spirit as well as provide support to our faculty,
staff and Trinity families. Our sponsored events include the Fall Festival,
Secret Letter, Staff Appreciation Luncheon, and the very popular Operation Love
to name a few. Profits from these activities are donated to the school to
enhance Trinity's facilities and programs to benefit our children. The Home and
School Association is comprised of parent volunteers and school administration.

GOLF COMMITTEE |
The Golf Committee coordinates the Golf Outing. Proceeds from this event support school projects.

SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE |
The purpose of the Scholarship Committee is to raise money to be used towards scholarships for Trinity students who demonstrate financial need. The goal is to raise money through fundraisers that provide services to Trinity families. The fundraisers currently run by Scholarship Committee include: Pizza Lunches, Used Uniform Sales, New Products (items to promote school spirit or items used in school), School Store, Gym Uniforms, Pizza Bingo Nights, and the Fall Festival Bake Sale.

SPRING EVENT COMMITTEE |
The annual Spring Event, held in March, is a yearlong effort managed by this committee. Proceeds from this event support Trinity's programs and projects.

TAC COMMITTEE |
Trinity Athletic Committee (TAC) is responsible for the extra-curricular sports programs at Trinity. TAC is a sub-committee of the Boosters Committee.
Volunteer Opportunities: Coaches and assistant coaches are needed for basketball leagues and the first grade clinic. Volunteers are also needed for the Awards Banquet in March. |
ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES |
Book Fair: Assist students in purchasing books during the Fall Book Fair.
Memory Book: Volunteers are needed to take pictures and assist with the layout of the annual memory book.
Hearing & Vision: Volunteers are needed to escort students to the testing room.
Word Processing: Assist with miscellaneous projects throughout the school year.
Sewing: Make costumes for the 7th and 8th grade school drama production
Teacher Aide: Aides may copy papers, check papers, or work with a student or small group.
Primary Computer Lab Aide: Assist students in the Primary School Computer Lab.
Class Speaker/Presenter: Present a topic to a class.
Monthly Packet: Volunteers needed to collate and staple packets. |
