WELCOME TO

Trinity Summer Camp is located in Ellicott City on our private 48 acre campus. We are a licensed Maryland camp offering weekly themed sessions for families to register by the week- for one week or all summer! Our regular camp hours run from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm, but extended care is available during mornings and afternoons. Our professional staff and low staff-to-camper ratios allow each camper to have the most fun in a safe, supervised environment.

Trinity Summer Camp promotes teamwork and cooperation, and fosters a sense of responsibility and equality. We strive to provide campers with a fun-filled summer, while building friendships and memories to last them a lifetime. Many of our campers return each summer, and we are very fortunate to have some of them working at camp as counselors now!

Please review summer camp registration and payment policy listed below. When registering, review summer camp week selections, payment and processing fees carefully to limit refund and/or cancellation requests.

SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION & PAYMENT POLICY

1. NEW FOR 2026: Payment via our new platform is due in full at the time of registration due to limited availability for each camp type and age group.

2. A non-refundable $55 registration fee per child is required for all registrations. 

3. Registrations are refundable through May 1, 2026.

4. Requests for cancellation and refund made after May 1, 2026 are not guaranteed and are subject to a $50 late cancellation fee per child.

5. Credit card payments are subject to processing fees, which are non-refundable and clearly displayed in the subtotal prior to payment.

6. ACH payments do not have any processing fees and are encouraged as a fee-free option.
